Additional Details:
1. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, just above the navel.
2. Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hips.
3. Garment measurement (length): Refers to the length of the sweatshirt from the neck (around the shoulder) to the hem.
Careful
Wash with similar colors, do not iron over print, wash and iron inside out.
Returns
The return period is 30 days from the date you received your order.
The costs of returning an order are shared between the company and the customer, unless the return is justified by an error in the garment sent or a quality defect.
Simply go to your nearest post office to return your order. In this case, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer:
Spain, Portugal and Andorra: €3.45
Balearic Islands and Ceuta-Melilla: €6.45
Canary Islands: €9.45
Rest of Europe*: €8.45
Rest of the World*: same cost as shipping
* Refund managed by the operator
in charge of shipping.
Home pickup is also available. In this case, the return costs will be as indicated plus an additional fee of €4.45 .
Return costs will be deducted from the amount we refund you once we receive your order.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their tags attached.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive the corresponding amount in the same way you made your purchase, approximately 8-9 days after the return is approved.
It is not possible to directly exchange one product for another or change sizes. If you want to exchange one product for another or change sizes, you simply need to
return your order and make a new purchase.
